Beginning August 5 up to the last Sunday of August, I will be preaching sermons from the Book of Psalms. I would like to invite you to journey with me as we look up the faith of the Psalmist.
Come, let us reason together in the context of worship.
Come, invite your friends and neighbors and let us worship together.

August 5
Text: Psalm 25:8-15
Theme: Our God desires to guide and lead us and use us for His glory. Is your life characterized by meekness, obedience, a desire for God’s glory and the fear of the Lord? Having a deep sense of God’s leading and guidance, provides assurance of God’s indwelling presence in the decisions and steps of our lives.

August 12
Text: Psalm 1
THEME: God delights in blessing His children. GOD WANTS TO BLESS US. But we must meet His conditions for
receiving blessings. We must prepare ourselves for His blessings. We must delight in the Word of God and feed on it. Meditate on it constantly. Make it your spiritual nourishment. Remember, where we place our roots is paramount and when we grow deeply into the spiritual resources of God’s grace we will grow exponentially and bear much fruits. God will bless us with strength and stability.

August 19
Text: Psalm 24
THEME: What difference it makes to know that the earth is the LORD’s and all that is in it, the world, and those who live in it? What difference it makes? One of the many gifts that we receive from God is the gift of stewardship. It comes with great responsibilities but also comes with great victories. How do we respond to this enormous gift from God? We must cultivate a humble attitude toward what God has given to us. We must always submit to God’s command and leadership and authority for His grace and generosity are great blessings that make us victorious and conquerors.

August 26, 2018
Text: Psalm 33:1-5
THEME: “Sing a New Song, play skillfully with shout f joy.” This is the psalmist invitation for all of us. Have you sung a new song to the Lord lately? We sing “Great is thy faithfulness! Great is thy faithfulness! Morning by morning NEW mercies I see; all I have needed thy hand hath provided; great is thy faithfulness, Lord, unto me. God wants us to walk closely with Him all the times, so He may lead us into NEW experiences and challenges. If we have not sing a new song lately, it could mean that we need to renew our walk with the Lord. Ask God to give you a new song.
